Krystal gives listeners an update on her health journey as a breast cancer survivor and where she's at today. The couple recaps the success of their first Galindo Gives event, "Ping Pong for Ta Ta's" raising thousands of dollars used for sponsoring cold capping treatments for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Cold capping is known to help preserve the hair during and after chemotherapy, a process Krystal did herself and highly recommends (for mental health reasons above all others).
